Studded Hearts
I think the last one is my fave because I love the unique jacket she paired with the basic scarf!

The cardigan. There is the effortlessly cool long oversized cardigan look shown here by BCBG that is super trendy. To glam it up a bit for prom, try replacing that tie with a hip belt or a shiny satin bow. And if you are like me and prefer the more feminine and ladylike look after all, try this ultra girly cardigan with the puffy sleeves and bow by Miu Miu!
For something a bit more casual, there are these two cropped jackets from Bi La Li (I know, interesting name right?) and Diane von Furstenburg, which because of their relatively classic cropped cut, I think would still look great over a dress. But of course, these last four cover-ups are only appropriate for when you are outdoors.
And the BEST thing about these cover ups? You will most probably be able to wear it again!

Song of style blogger, I love the way she wears this!
Free People, I know this skirt or dress isnt long and flowy.. but I just really liked it with the sweater, its kinda short and flowy-ish?
Normally I dont pay too much attention to Free People, but today I was looking around their site and liked a lot of what I saw, I guess what kept me away for so long is the prices.
I also bought a new ring, im thinking of it as a belated bday present for myself, I will definitely have to take pics within the next couple of days, man I cant believe 2010 is almost over..

I thought this was just one of those obvious rules that everyone knows about and adheres to, but apparently not. When I was flicking through the Prada men's catalog for SS07- purely for research purposes of course ;)- I was aghast to see men wearing such short shorts! Call me traditional, but I do not think guys (no matter how good looking they are) should be wearing such short shorts on the streets in public unless they're going to the beach.
Especially not printed short shorts with a printed top. It just seems so inappropriate! I thought that perhaps this may be a phenomena reserved for the runway like some trends are. But my friend assures me that it is not and that one of his friends actually own a pair by Marc Jacobs. So just to reiterate, men should not wear short shorts on the streets no matter what Prada says.
